Plenary Hall / Restaurant / Main Square

We will install a large LED screen surrounded by a custom-built white hexagon-style frame. The stage will be constructed in the same hexagonal design to create a cohesive visual identity.

Around the LED screen, we will integrate LED lighting elements in hexagon shapes, which can be dynamically colored.

A professional audio system will be installed, tailored to the size of the space and the expected audience capacity.

We will provide a presentation control system (vision mixer/regie) to manage both the main LED screen and confidence monitors.

To enhance the atmosphere, we will install a comprehensive lighting setup for both stage illumination and ambient lighting. This includes:

• Three truss towers (page 7) positioned throughout the space

• Each tower will feature an integrated LED cube/screen, suitable for signage or branding purposes.

For content capture, we will deploy four remote-controlled cameras in the hall to record sessions for both Capgemini and Sogeti.

For wayfinding, we will place hexagon-shaped LED structures throughout the venue, functioning as illuminated directional signage to guide visitors (e.g., towards breakout rooms or the café).
