  • Audio systems to amplify speakers

  • Hexagon LED lighting integrated into the stage design

  • Use of the venue’s existing projection systems

ASE, Rome & Berlin

  • Audio systems for speech reinforcement

  • In Rome and Berlin, we will implement a silent disco system to prevent sound interference between adjacent rooms

  • Installation of a truss goalpost structure with integrated hexagon LED lighting

  • A centrally mounted TV screen within the structure

The ASE room will also be used as a breakfast meeting space.

Each breakout room will include a portrait-oriented LED TV for digital signage. (page 11)
