Plenary Hall

Our lighting concept forms the visual narrative running through the entire Smurfit Kappa experience. Guests enter a Foyer designed as the company’s living business card, a place where products, innovations, and future-focused technologies come together.

The LED lines visible in the Foyer guide visitors naturally into the Picke room, creating the sensation of stepping into a flowing tunnel that opens into the main stage area, where the full world of Smurfit Kappa unfolds.

Floating LED spheres symbolize Smurfit Kappa’s global locations, their motion representing continuous growth, international connectivity, and brand dynamism. The spheres are fully height-adjustable, allowing us to visually “lower” the ceiling and create a more intimate atmosphere. During the dinner setting, they will gently descend above the dining tables, adding depth, warmth, and a sense of immersive motion.

Additionally, the LED spheres can color-sync with the video content displayed on the main LED screen, creating a cohesive and dynamic visual ecosystem throughout the space. A selection of spheres will also be positioned above the stairwell to spark curiosity and connect the different areas.

Within the plenary hall, we will design an impressive lighting setup featuring a dynamic combination of moving heads, uplights, and gobo projections creating a versatile and powerful visual environment that supports every moment of the program.
